WASHINGTON – Today, Congresswoman Teresa Leger Fernández (NM-03) joined Chairman Robert C. “Bobby” Scott (VA-03) and Congressman Gregorio Kilili Camacho Sablan (CNMI-at Large) to introduce the Learning Recovery Act, a bill to help students recover lost time in the classroom.
